We are delighted to be offering a unique opportunity for all fine dining enthusiasts and in particular those who love truffle dishes to take part in a very special cookery course – TRUFFLE THERAPY. Set within the magical surroundings of the Furlo Gorge, which is part of a green and tranquil nature reserve, this cookery school is the first of its kind.
This unforgettable experience is being made available to a small numbers of enthusiasts.
In our cooking those who love good food will discover a respect for tradition, genuine hospitality and a fine cuisine without showy gimmicks. Our chef Alberto is a real ambassador for our local cooking, travels widely to teach, cook and lecture at food conventions, exhibitions and public events. And when it comes to cooking with truffles, Alberto is truly a master of the art.

Day 1 WELCOME IN THE MARCHE! (Dinner) We are pleased to offer comfortanle transfer from Ancona airport (or train station) to your hotel at scheduled times. Your tour leader will be at the airport to greet you.

Before dinner you will have a seminar - partnering fish and truffle - accompanied by artisan beer from Apeccio (town of Microbreweries)

Day 2 COOKERY LESSON, TOWN OF FORTUNE  AND CRAFT BEER TOUR (B, L, D)
In the morning your first cooking course with the Chef, followed by lunch of your creations.

In thea fternoon we will have a walking tour of Fano. Fano is a popular resort and one of the most important fishing port on the Adriatic. A tour of Fano is a path that winds through the streets , the tunnels, the underground galleries of the city and leading to the discovery of unusual places and suggestive . Our professional tour guide  will accompany you to discover the interesting vestiges , telling the history and mysteries of the “town of Fortune”.
Then we are going to visit Traditional Brewery for the artisan beer degustation and dinner.

Day 3 TRUFFLE HUNTING, POTTERY AND WINERIES OF FRATTE ROSA (B, Light lunch, D)
After delicious breakfast  - lesson "The truffle, theory and practice", including a chance to try truffle-hunting with a local truffle hunter and his dog and taste a typical truffle products.
In the afternoon  - you visit a small village Fratte Rosa where is a manifest resonant joint and penetration between people and this village, meticulous cultivation of the fields, the brightness of the windowsills and the enchanting techniques of pottery makers. A Pottery-making sessions can also be arranged that you can learn the art of pottery and try your hand at the wheel (on request).
After Pottery Experience we invite you to visit of traditional winery and taste the best of their wine production. In the relaxing atmosphere you will also enjoy a splendid view on the Marches hills surrounding the Fratte Rosa village.

Day 4 URBINO, SMALL FAMILY DAIRY AND FRASASSI CAVES (B,L,D)
The morning will have us in a small family dairy to see the making of famous italian cheese Caciotta di Urbino. It was produced and consumed during the time of the Dukes of Montefeltro, when it was used for barter.
After tour in Caseificio we go to the majestic city of Urbino. Urbino, is a Unesco World Haritage Site and the capital city of the Renaissance. Its history is tied to the Montefeltro family that came into the possession of the territory in around 1200.
Walking up the characteristic streets called “piole” you can enjoy breathtaking views of the city, and you can find old buildings, churches full of masterpieces such as the Oratori and Raffaello’s house, where the artist was born in 1483 and where his father had his studio.
After the Lunch in the local restaurant we’ll make a "journey to the centre of the Earth" through the Grotte di Frasassi, one of Italy's largest and most famous complex of caves.
After excursion – transfer to the hotel for the relaxation.
Day 5 Good-bye Marche (Breakfast)
The tour officially ends. You will be accompanied by your tour leader to the airport (or train station) and assisted with check-in formalities to board your flight home.
