1st DAY: BOLOGNA (Dinner)

Discover a fascinating city Bologna and find out what Palazzo dei Banchi is hiding: busy narrow alleyways of a Medieval Market that with its gothic style still intrigue people from all over the world. After the delicious lunch at the traditional restaurant with the typical Bolognese cuisine you can taste the history of ice-cream visiting the Gelato Museum.  
Optional you can book the ice-cream Masterclass where you can prepare your own ice-cream in the laboratory of the Masters of The Carpigiani Gelato University (at additional cost).

2nd DAY: ROSSINI TOUR, PESARO (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Pesaro was the birth place of the famous musician called “Il Cigno di Pesaro”. A walk through the characteristic streets of the historic centre lead us to Via Rossini where the Rossini House Museum is situated. We visit his house, the Theatre and the Conservatory that conserve Rossini’s operas and memorabilia. Lunch at the Italian Trattoria where you can taste a real delicious Italian pizza.

3rd DAY: OLIVE OIL OF CARTOCETO & FANO, CITY OF FORTUNE (B, L, D)
In the morning your tour leader leads you to a traditional oil mill in Cartoceto - the best area of production of extra virgin olive oil in Italy. The olive oil tasting is accompanied by some local olive oil-based delicatessen and good wines.
In the afternoon you will have a walking tour of  Fano and Fano underground.  Our professional tour guide  will accompany you to discover the interesting vestiges, telling the history and mysteries of the “town of Fortuna”. Degustation of “Caffè Moretta”.

4th  DAY: FREE DAY O FINDING ACQUALAGNA TRUFFLES EXPERIENCE (B, L, D)
Spend this day as you please.
Optional: Excursion to Acqualagna, the capital of truffles all year round an exciting truffle hunting with dog and truffle hunter a great chef unlock the secrets of the truffle with you and cook it for a dinner at an elegant restaurant, the fireplace enjoying what you have cooked yourself.
To make complete experience you will have the opportunity to visit a company that transforms the tuber into truffle products, and you will taste a few too! You will be also welcome by two wineries for 2 tastings of local wines.

5th  DAY: SAN MARINO REPUBLIC & MEDIEVAL CASTLE (B, Light Lunch, D)
Today in the morning - experience to San Marino Republic.  San Marino claims to be the world's oldest republic, and its medieval streets, walls and towers are certainly captivating! We shall climb up to the Castello della Cesta, the highest and mightiest of San Marino's three fortresses, and delight in the incredible coastal panorama that unfolds beneath you; visit the Palazzo Pubblico, with its richly decorated façade and creep around a 13th century prison deep underground in the Montale tower.
Lunch at the typical local restaurant -  We'll try to cheer up your Lunch with menu made of selected and refined products of local territory according to the availability of the season.
In the afternoon we go to Gradara Medieval Castle for a Guided Tour. After the castle we’ll  visit a marvelous Falconry Show (available from May till October). Dinner in a typical restaurant located within the walls of the castle of Gradara in an old church.

6th DAY: FILIGRANA OF FABRIANO & FRASASSI CAVES (B, L, D)
Today you will have an amazing and eventful day with a visit to the small historic town of Fabriano. The town is in the category Folk Arts (for the Fabriano's handmade paper production). You will be able to visit The Paper and Watermark Museum which traces the town's fascinating history of this important craft, with centuries-old machinery and well-preserved manuscripts illustrating its prominence over the ages.
After the Lunch in the local restaurant we’ll make a "journey to the centre of the Earth" through the Grotte di Frasassi, one of Italy's largest and most famous complex of caves.

7th  DAY: SPEND TODAY AS YOU PLEASE. (B, D)
Alternatively, consider joining experience to the famous Outlets and Factory stores of the Marche region. Perfect therapy. The whople day of fabulous shopping, luxury shoes, handbags & designer clothing! The local artisans here in Le Marche produce for the big name designers so we can also show you leather workshops for gorgeous travel & leather goods, hats and handbags all at factory prices.

8th DAY:  URBINO & TRADITIONAL CHEESE  PRODUCTION (B, L, D)

The morning will have us in a small family dairy to see the making of famous italian cheese Caciotta di Urbino. After tour in Caseificio we go to the majestic city of Urbino. Urbino, is a Unesco World Haritage Site and the capital city of the Renaissance. Its history is tied to the Montefeltro family that came into the possession of the territory in around 1200. The most famous member of the Montefeltro was Federico, lord of Urbino from 1444 to 1482, a very successful military leader, a skillful diplomat an enthusiastic patron of arts.
Walking up the characteristic streets called “piole” you can enjoy breathtaking views of the city, and you can find old buildings, churches full of masterpieces such as the Oratori and Raffaello’s house, where the artist was born in 1483 and where his father had his studio. Lunch at the great local trattoria with warm atmosphere and great food..

9th DAY: LORETO,  SANTA CASA & FASCINATING CORINALD (B, L, D)
Today we’ll have suggestive and curious tour to discover an hidden side of Loreto. The city, well known for its most valuable relic, is famous as Basilica della Santa Casa di Nazareth (Shrine of the Holy House) a real jewel of Renaissance architecture.
After the Lunch in the center of the city we’ll leave Loreto and go to Corinaldo. Corinaldo has managed to preserve some of the rare collection of art works and is known for some of its neoclassical and Renaissance style buildings.

On the way back we invite you to visit  of traditional winery and taste the best of their wine production.

10th DAY: OLIVES FROM ASCOLI & BOBBIN LACE MAKING IN OFFIDA  (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
The day 10 is dedicated to the unique and curious visit of the wonderful Ascoli Piceno, from its historical medieval towers to the various hidden details in the centre of the town that describe local traditions and secrets coming from its rich culture developed here during the Humanism and the Renaissance era. You'll enjoy other local delicacies over lunch, in a restaurant located in the heart of this charming town.
In the afternoon we go to Offida. You will walk through streets, museums and most suggestive corners of the village of Offida, where it will not be difficult to find ladies working at bobbin lace on the doorsteps of their houses.  Also, for those who want, you will have the chance to practice the art of bobbin lace with the help of a local person. A wine-tasting will conclude your Piceno experience.

11th DAY : GOOD-BYE MARCHE (Breakfast)
The tour officially ends. You will be accompanied by your  tour leader to the to the airport (o train station) and assisted with check-in formalities to board your flight home.
